This page explains how MMCG Invest, LLC ("MMCG", "we", "us" or "our") handles information collected through www.mmcginvest.com (the "Website"), and sets out the terms on which you may use the Website. The Website collects personal information only when you send it to us. The study request form (Start a Study, and the proposal request on our pages) asks for:

The forms carry a hidden field that filters automated submissions. If you email or call us, we receive what you choose to send.

Form submissions are received and stored by Netlify, Inc., the company that hosts the Website, through its form service (Netlify Forms). A copy of each submission is sent by email to info@mmcginvest.com.

We use what you send to answer your request, prepare a scope and a fee proposal, and carry out a study you engage us for. We do not sell your personal information and we do not share it for advertising.

You may ask to see, correct or delete the personal information you sent us by writing to info@mmcginvest.com or calling (628) 225-1110. We may need to confirm that the request comes from you before we act on it.

The Website sets no cookies and runs no advertising or tracking tag. Netlify records standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time) to deliver and secure the Website, and may produce aggregate site statistics from those logs, without cookies. A few of the interactive maps and tools keep data in your browser's session or local storage so that they work while you use them; that data stays in your browser and is not sent to us.

To display fonts, charts and maps, pages on the Website load files from the services below. When your browser loads them, those services receive your IP address and browser information under their own privacy policies.

Two links open services that are not part of the Website. Booking a scoping call opens Google Calendar's appointment page (calendar.app.google), operated by Google. The address search and the "See Your Project Location" link open MMCG Analytics (app.mmcganalytics.com), MMCG's data platform, with the address you typed; that platform has its own terms.

Because the Website does not track visitors across sites and sets no cookies, it works the same whether or not your browser sends a Do Not Track signal.

The Website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

When we change this page, we post the new version here and change the effective date at the top. Questions about it can be sent to info@mmcginvest.com.
