Sumaida + Khurana and Bizzi+Bilgili, a collaborative venture between Bizzi & Partners and Serdar Bilgili, have successfully secured a substantial $47.3 million construction loan for their ambitious project, THE FIFTH MIAMI BEACH. This luxurious five-story Class A+ office building, crafted by the esteemed Spanish architect Alberto Campo Baeza, marks his debut commercial venture in the United States. Nestled in the prestigious South of Fifth neighborhood in Miami Beach, the project promises to deliver an impressive 60,200 square feet of office, retail, and restaurant space. Cain International, a notable name in finance, has played a pivotal role in supporting this venture.
Launched in 2022 with the unanimous endorsement of the Miami Beach Historic Preservation Board, THE FIFTH MIAMI BEACH is poised for completion in 2025. Its strategic location at the gateway to Miami Beach, intersecting Michigan and Fifth Street, further elevates its appeal. The building, a paragon of sustainable and innovative design, is LEED Certified and reflects the unparalleled quality and architectural brilliance synonymous with the developers' legacy in residential condominium projects.
Gabellini Sheppard Associates, an internationally acclaimed firm, is steering the interior design, while Cube 3 stands as the executive architect. The landscape architecture is being masterfully handled by Urban Robot Associates based in Miami.
